Frequently Asked Questions

I’m always on the job. How do I actually give you footage?

This is the most common concern and it’s easier to solve than most people think. A short clip filmed on your phone between jobs, a few before/after shots, a quick walk-through of a finished project. We tell you exactly what to capture and how. Most clients spend 15-20 minutes a week on their end. If filming isn’t realistic at all, we work with what you have and build around formats that don’t need new footage.

Do I need to be on camera?

Only if you want to be. On-camera content builds trust faster but it’s not the only option. We can create content using your existing photos, job footage, voiceover, graphics and carousels. What matters is consistency, not whether your face is in it.

How much time do I need to put in?

Around 1-2 hours a month after the initial setup. We handle the editing, design, captions and scheduling. We’ll need your input on direction and approvals, and raw material where required. The rest is on us.

What if I already have content?

Good. We review what you have, repurpose the strongest material and build new content around the gaps. Nothing gets wasted.

Which platforms should I post on?

Depends on your audience and offer. We’ll recommend 1-3 platforms that actually matter for your business rather than spreading content thin across everything. For most local businesses, Instagram and Facebook Reels are the priority since lets you Meta cross-post between both platforms. YouTube Shorts becomes more valuable when you’re also doing long-form content.

How long until content starts working?

Early engagement can show up within the first month. Real results, more enquiries, stronger recognition, usually take 3-6 months of consistent posting. Content compounds over time. A business that has been posting quality content for six months is dramatically easier to trust than one that’s been quiet.

What does this cost?

Starter Content is $1,000/month for 8 short-form videos. Growth Content is $1,800/month for 16 short-form videos plus a long-form edit and carousel posts. Both have a 3-month minimum and a $300 one-off onboarding fee. Social media management is a $400/month add-on. Video ad creatives are available from $350 each.

Is scheduling included?

Basic scheduling is included in both packages. Full social media management – posting, engagement, platform optimisation and reporting, is available as a $400/month add-on if you’d rather hand it all over.

Can you film the content too?

Yes. Filming days are available on request. Half-day and full-day shoots are quoted based on location, scope and production needs.

Can you create video ads?

Yes. Video ad creatives are available from $350 each and can be added to a monthly package or quoted as a standalone project.

Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?

Yes. Content creation is fully remote. We work with businesses across Australia, and most of our process, briefing, editing and approvals, happens online anyway.
