We’re not tied to one. We build on WordPress, Framer, Squarespace and others, and we pick the platform that fits your business, your budget and how hands-on you want to be. If you already have a platform, we work with it. If you don’t, we suggest one: WordPress when you want full control and heavier SEO, Framer for a sharp, modern design-led site, Squarespace when you want something simple and quick to manage yourself. The aim is the right tool for you, not the one that’s easiest for us.
Do I own the website?
Yes, completely. When we hand over, every login for the site, the platform account and the hosting is yours. You own the domain, the build and the content. Nothing is locked to us. If you ever decide to work with someone else, you keep the site and every account with no strings to us. We think holding a client’s website hostage is a rubbish way to run an agency.
Who hosts the website?
Your hosting stays in your own account, never ours. If we build on WordPress, you own your hosting with a host like Hostinger or SiteGround, around $10 to $25 a month. If we build on Framer or Squarespace, hosting is part of your own platform subscription. Either way the account and the logins are yours, and we’re never the company holding your site. A lot of agencies trap people by hosting the site themselves. We don’t.
Is SEO included?
The basics are. Every build includes on-page SEO foundations and a Google-ready structure, so the site is set up to be found. Ongoing ranking work, the part that actually climbs you up Google Maps and keeps you there, is our separate Local SEO service. The two pair well: build it ranking-ready, then run the campaign. We’ll tell you honestly whether you need both or just the build.
Can you redesign my existing site?
Yes, redesigns and refreshes are a big part of what we do. We review what you’ve got, keep what’s working, and rebuild the rest on a faster, cleaner, more Google-friendly foundation. If your current site is slow, dated or invisible in search, a redesign often pays for itself in the enquiries it stops leaking. We’ll be straight with you about whether a refresh or a full rebuild makes more sense.
